This thesis analyzes the efficiency of the company with a focus on personal character weaknesses, ie. the organizational structure, competence of manager, combination compensation, system of empleyee appraisal and the stress load at work. It contains proposals for solutions on improving work efficiency through personnel changes.

Roháčková, P. Reconciliation of Work Success and Life Satisfaction. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. The aim of the study is to understand the relationship between emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively reconcile work success and life satisfaction of people in managerial positions (c-suite) in companies in the Czech Republic. The output of the thesis are strategies and practical recommendations for achieving professional and personal satisfaction. The research offers important benefits for potential founders of successful businesses, managers and executives, who can use the information about the key role of emotional intelligence in the work environment and support the development of these competencies in themselves and their colleagues. Teams and individuals who actively develop and use emotional intelligence achieve greater effectiveness, reduced stress and improved job and life satisfaction.

Radvan Bahbouh, Ph.D. Abstract: The theses is dedicated to facial expressions of emotions, it begins with a brief introduction to the topic of emotions as one of the cognitive functions, there is a definition of the term, classification of emotions and their psychopathology, it briefly summarizes the various theories of emotions. The greater part of the theoretical section is devoted to basic emotions and their manifestation in the face, as well as the ability to recognize and imitate them. The theoretical part is closed by the topic of emotional intelligence as a unifying element that highlights the importance of this issue. Empirical part is primarily focused on two abilities related to facial expressions of emotions, specifically the recognition and the production of them, then links these capabilities with additional characteristics as the gender, the education and their self-estimation. The main finding of this theses is that there is a statistical significant relationship (ρ=0.35, α=0.05) between the emotion recognition and production. Emotional intelligence and competences of managers

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the competences and emotional intelligence of managers according to their individual levels managing (operational, middle and top managers). The main goal of this thesis was divided into 3 sub-goals. The first sub-goal was the evaluation of managers' competencies. The second sub-goal was to determine what kind of emotional intelligence managers achieve. The last sub-goal was, based on the evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the managers, the proposal of recommendations for these executives. The data needed for the research was processed using a quantitative data collection method, i.e. a questionnaire survey. A total of 81 managers participated in the research. There were 37 operational, 26 middle and 18 top managers.
Development of Emotional Competencies of Preschool Children

The bachelor thesis entitled The Development of Emotional Competences in Pre-School Children focuses on the development of emotional competences by pre-school education teachers working with children from three to six years of age. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains three main chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of emotional competence, the second chapter pays attention to the characteristics of pre-school children with respect to their emotional and social development, and the third chapter summarizes knowledge concerning the possibilities of the development of emotional competences in children attending nursery schools. The practical part is focused on three-year-old children. It contains a programme to develop their emotional competences and describes selected topics of activities aimed at learning about individual emotions within the time period of five months. These activities can be used by nursery school teachers in the education of pre-school children to develop these children's emotional competences.
Competence of emotional intelligence as a factor of successful corporate communication

This bachelor thesis aims to analyze the competence of emotional intelligence and its impact on successful corporate communication. Furthemore to propose measures for the development of this competence. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis describes the concept of emotional intelligence and the relationship between emotional intelligence and communication in the organization. It provides examples of methods for measuring emotional intelligence. The practical part of this bachelor thesis contains a questionnaire survey, a case study, and a semi-standardized interview. The case study focuses on employees of a selected company. Employees underwent a standardized EQ test and completed a questionnaire regarding their satisfaction with corporate communications. The expected outcome of the survey and case study is to find the relationship between the competence of emotional intelligence and the level of effective communication. The main goal of the interview is to present a possible way to improve recognizing one's own emotions and thus improve the competencies of emotional intelligence.
Development of mindfulness in preschool children

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of mindfulness, its benefits and possibilities of development in preschool children. It explains the concept of mindfulness, the ways of its development and its relation to enhancement of emotional intelligence, resilience, and its significance for psychological well-being. Author's own experience with practising mindfulness is presented as a part of an action research that focuses on practising mindfulness in preschool. Thesis also contains a list of other activities that could be used for a preschool children's mindful practise.
Fairytales and their potential in the development of emotional competencies in preschool children

The theme of this Bachelor Thesis is Fairytales and their potential in the development of emotional competencies in preschool children. The paper is divided into two sections, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes characteristics od fairytales, the topic of emotional intelligence and subsequently presents emotional competence in preschool children. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of fairytales in order to present which fairytales can contrubute to the development in emotional compentencies of preschool children. Selected fairytales demonstrate their potential application to children with different types of temperament or for solving various emotional difficulties or problems that may affect a preschool child.
Development of emocional intelligence among pre-school aged children on kindergarden

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of emotional intelligence and its development in preschool children. The theoretical part of the work is divided into three subchapters, which characterize emotions, including their development at an early age, further clarify the concept of emotional intelligence and mention the influence of the environment on the emotional development of the child. In the practical part I used a cross-sectional project, which I want to use in support of the development of emotional intelligence in children. Action research is carried out, where the method of observation, interview and audio recording is used in a specific kindergarten.
